Course Information

Provide the candidate with the basic knowledge and practical skills involved in operating a Forward Tipping Dumper. By the end of the course the operator should be able to Carry out a pre start inspection, operate safely under varying site conditions, understand the causes of instability of dumper and load, position dumper for loading from and discharging into excavations, demonstrate an understanding of responsibilities under relevant legislation, operate the machine safely and correctly in accordance with manufacturer s manual and instructions and accepted good practice. Most courses are accredited under CPCS CITB A09 althought NPORS is also available.

All site personnel required to drive or operate a Forward Tipping Dumper.
