Who Should Attend?

This course is intended for those who work on a construction site and require basic environmental knowledge. The course will provide candidates with an introduction to environmental issues on construction sites and is designed to meet the basic knowledge that the sub-contract chain are required to prove to major contractors.

Welcome to The Training Centre in Ipswich! Getting here is a breeze. If youre coming from the A14, head east over the Orwell Bridge. At junction 57, take the A1189 exit towards Ipswich/Nacton, keeping right to follow signs for Nacton Village. At the Nacton Interchange, take the 4th exit onto Nacton Road, then merge onto the A14 towards Bury St. Edmunds. At junction 52, take the B1113 exit, and at the roundabout, take the 4th exit onto Ipswich Road. Turn left onto Station Road, continue onto Gipping Road, and take a slight right onto the restricted usage road. The Training Centre will be on your right, with plenty of parking available. Accreditation

Successful candidates of the Site Environmental Awareness Training Scheme SEATS course will receive a certificate of attendance from Xyz Training Group. This certificate serves as proof that the candidate has completed the training and has gained the necessary knowledge and skills in site environmental awareness.

For National Training Card members, the accreditation earned from the SEATS course will automatically be added to their account. This means that the candidates training record will be updated with the SEATS accreditation, making it easily accessible for future reference.

The SEATS course is part of the Site Management family of training courses, which focuses on equipping individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively manage and maintain a safe and environmentally-friendly site. By completing this course, candidates will not only gain a valuable accreditation, but also contribute to creating a safer and more sustainable work environment.

On completion of the course and successfully passing the end-of-course examination, the delegates are awarded the Site Environmental Awareness Training Scheme Certificate. The SEATS qualification will also be added to the delegates CSCS card when they apply/re-apply for it, providing they send a photocopy of their certificate with their card application.
