Welcome to The Training Centre in Barking! Getting here is a breeze. If youre coming from the A13, simply head west on Alfreds Way and keep right to stay on the same road. Next, take the left onto the A406/A1020 ramp towards the North Circular. At the roundabout, take the third exit onto N Circular Rd/A406, then follow the A124 exit towards Barking/East Ham. At the next roundabout, take the fifth exit onto Highbridge Rd, followed by the second exit onto Fleet Rd.
