Who Should Attend?
Potential and existing operators who have received no formal instruction and those requiring refresher training. This may be useful for people who are in the haulage industry. This course is aimed at anyone who is required to operate mobile cranes for lifting operations on construction sites and other allied industries. Candidates must having some previous experience of operating hydraulic lifting equipment such as Tele handlers Rough Terrain Forklifts Lorry Loaders Mobile Elevated Work Platforms or 360 Excavators etc. Good hand/eye coordination is also required. Please note that a Group C category driving licence is also required for driving on the open road however this is not essential for the course.
This CPCS A60 Mobile Crane (Foundation) is available At Our Training Venues Only, in England (region). The maximum number of delegates we are able to teach per course is 4. In terms of course duration, this is : variable. A typical training day would start at 08:00hrs and go on until 16:00hrs. For private courses, the minimum number of delegates we require to set up a new course is 1 and this is subject to current availibility (notice period). Furthermore, each delegate must provide the following pre-requisites in order to enrol on this CPCS A60 Mobile Crane (Foundation) : Health and Safety within 2 years. Each delegate must also bring with them PPE, Passport Size Photo and Proof of Relevant Health & Safety within last 2 years. This CPCS A60 Mobile Crane (Foundation) does have an exam as part of the course and this will be in the form of a Verbal theory in a classroom/private room followed by practical assessment on a training ground or on site.. This course is accredited by CPCS Refresher training is required for this CPCS A60 Mobile Crane (Foundation) : Depending on previous qualification - as per CPCS regulations. On completion of the course, each delegate will receive CPCS - but NPORS and in house certification is also available We are not aware of any external funding available.

This is a combination of classroom based tutorials and practicals. Candidates will be assessed through theory and practical tests. Delegates will receive a CPCS Red Trained Operator card (on successful completion of the CPCS Technical Tests)..
