Who Should Attend?
Any person be that construction or agricultural based who needs full training or formal training in the safe use and operation of a telescopic handler.
Specific CPCS A17E Telescopic Handler - Suspended load (non-rough terrain) joining instructions will be supplied to you (if appropriate) once your booking is confirmed. If, once confirmation has been received, you are in anyway unsure of what prerequisites or items you need to bring or provide, then your dedicated training manager or the trainer conducting your course will be able to confirm this with you. Operate the machine for all normal tasks Decide whether a particular load is safe to lift Carry out routine servicing procedures and maintenance as necessary in accordance with the manufacturers instructions Know how the machine works and the maintenance requirements involved Understand the effect of load size weight gradients and ground conditions upon machine stability Know how to load store and transport representative materials Understand the basic construction of pallets.
Specific venue information; which includes the full address, directions to the venue, public transport links, parking, refreshments, nearby hotels and whether or not food is provided will be supplied to confirmed bookings prior to the start of the course.
