Who Should Attend?

Any person who requires the need to be trained in CPCS A02 B Crawler Crane- Over 10 Tonne- Novice through the course of their normal working duties. This course is suitable for anyone working in the arena or sector.

Joining Instructions

The Following Points are important 1. The candidate is required to bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (i.e. Hard Hat, Hi Viz Jacket or Vest, Safety Boots, Gloves). If the candidate fails to do so, it could result in them not being able to carry out their Practical Training. 2. Each candidate must bring a form of photographic ID such as a Driving Licence or Passport in order to undertake either a Health, Safety & Environmental Test or CPCS Test. NO ID, NO TEST ! 3. We respectfully request that Mobile phones are not used during training and should be turned off during all testing sessions. 4. Work boots must not be worn in the classrooms or tea room, so it is advisable to bring an alternative pair of shoes. 5. Candidates must sign in and out of the visitor’s book which can be found in the waiting area 6. To participate in this course, the candidate is required to read, write, speak and understand English. For example, you should be able to read and understand a newspaper article and hold a conversation in English. 7. If a candidate has any special needs or requirements, such as physical disability, dyslexia or literacy issues, then please contact M I Construction Training Ltd as soon as possible so we can do our best to assist them. 8. Free tea and coffee will be available in the waiting area. 9. Each Candidate should bring a relevant CITB Construction Skills Health Safety & Environment Test Pass Certification. The candidate must have passed the CITB Construction Industry Health Safety & Environmental Test within 2 years prior to the CPCS Test Date. You can get information on the Touch Screen Health and Safety test on line at https://www9.pearsonvue.com/testtaker/signin/SignInPage.htm?clientCode=CITB or by phone on 0344 994 4488. Apps are available to download on iOS or Android devices. Terms and Conditions of Booking 1. Any alteration or change subsequent to the booking, such as the candidate or type of course, will incur an administrative charge of £100.00+VAT. 2. If the date of the course is changed subsequent to booking, a £150+VAT administrative charge will be applied. The course date cannot be changed within 5 working days of the course start date and in the event a candidate is unable to attend, then a 100% cancellation fee will be applied. 3. A 100% fee will be applicable in any event that the course is cancelled without giving M I Construction Training Ltd notice of at least 5 working days or the candidate, for whatever reason, does not attend the course on the dates booked. 4. If a candidate is booked in to undertake their H&S Test during their course but is unable to achieve a pass in time for their CPCS Testing, then they will not be able to be CPCS Tested and any CPCS re-tests booked will be at full charge. In any event that a candidate fails their CPCS Theory Test and their Practical Test is scheduled to follow, then the Practical Test cannot be taken a will be forfeit resulting in a 100% re-test fee What you will be required to bring: • Personal Protective Equipment (i.e. Hard Hat, Yellow / Orange Florescent Jacket, Safety Boots, Gloves) • Form of Identity showing address and photo (i.e. driving licence, passport) • Relevant CITB Construction Skills Health Safety & Environment Test Pass Certification. Welcome to the Godstone Training Centre! Our venue is located in the charming town of Godstone, with the postcode RH98NE. We pride ourselves on providing a comfortable and professional learning environment for all our candidates. Please note that work boots are not allowed in the classrooms or tea room, so we recommend bringing an alternative pair of shoes. Parking is available at the front of the building and we kindly ask all visitors to sign in at the reception area. Our offices are open from website to website pm, Monday to Friday. We offer complimentary tea and coffee for refreshments. For directions, simply head north on Brighton Road from A23 Redhill and take the third exit onto Station Road.
