Who Should Attend?

This is a course for anyone that is responsible for the movement and marshalling of plant and vehicles in and around a construction site.

Joining Instructions

Specific A73 CPCS Plant & Vehicle Marshaller joining instructions will be supplied to you (if appropriate) once your booking is confirmed. If, once confirmation has been received, you are in anyway unsure of what prerequisites or items you need to bring or provide, then your dedicated training manager or the trainer conducting your course will be able to confirm this with you. Course Agenda

Course Content Day One: Site induction, CPCS explanation and expectations.Revision of CPCS theory knowledge questions. Relevant Health & Safety legislation.  Roles and responsibilities of the plant & vehicle marshaller. Preparation for CPCS Theory Tests. Day Two: Safe positioning. Plant types, limitations, hazards and stability factors. Traffic plans and work management.  Communication methods.  Preparing for movement.  How to guide plant and vehicle movement. Preparation for CPCS Practical Test. Day Three: Practical Practice. Day Four: Additional practical practice. CPCS Theory Test. Day Five: CPCS Practical Test.

Training Venue

Specific venue information; which includes the full address, directions to the venue, public transport links, parking, refreshments, nearby hotels and whether or not food is provided will be supplied to confirmed bookings prior to the start of the course. A73 CPCS Plant & Vehicle Marshaller training is also available at training centres UK wide and on client premises (as required) provided minimum delegate numbers are achieved.
