Course Information

This course will give candidates foundation training and assessment towards a Construction Plant Competence Scheme (CPCS) Red Trained Operator card and includes Quick-Hitch training and a National Construction College certificate.

When booking any courses with us, Joining instructions will be sent providing the course title, dates, location, delegates names, and schedule.All delegates must have a valid HSE within 2 years in order to complete any CPCS course.

Course Agenda

Day 1- Theory Training; Day 2- Practical Training; Day 3- Practical Training; Day 4- Practical Training; Day 5- Theory and Practical Testing.

Training starts at 08:00am and finishes at approximately 16:00pm.

Welcome to The Training Centre in Reading! Getting here is straightforward. If youre coming from the A329M, head west and keep right to stay on the A329M. Take the exit towards Wharfedale Road and continue straight at the roundabout. Keep right and take the A3290 exit towards Wokingham/Binfield. Merge back onto the A329M, then take the A329/B3408 exit. At Coppid Beech Roundabout, take the first exit onto London Road/B3408. Continue straight, turn right onto Forest Road/B3034, then left onto Maidenhead Road/A3095. Finally, turn left onto Bottle Lane, right at Hazelwood Lane, and youll find The Training Centre on your right. Safe travels!

Accreditation

The Excavator 360 above 10 tonnes CPCS A59 or NPORS N202 training course provides candidates with the necessary skills and knowledge to operate an excavator of this size safely and efficiently. On the last day of the course, candidates will be theory tested, this is a verbal test, one on one with the tester and it will be recorded. Once they have achieved this, they will then be practical tested, outside on the machine.. If the candidate does not reach the required marks, then they will not achieve the tests and will need re-scheduling.
