Course Information
This course will give candidates foundation training and assessment towards a Construction Plant Competence Scheme (CPCS) Red Trained Operator card. Accredited under ITSSAR.. All courses will give delegates the skills to operate the crane safely and efficiently. They will learn how to carry out a pre use inspection operate the various attachments manoeuvre a variety of loads using the machine and understand signals given by the slingers and signallers. Delegates will also be able to recall and explain the causes of instability of the truck and loads.
Who Should Attend?
Potential and existing operators For operators who have experience on a lorry mounted crane / HIAB but have no certification or their certificate is over 5 years old. Novice experienced and refresher courses available.

When booking any courses with us, Joining instructions will be sent providing the course title, dates, location, delegates names, and schedule.All delegates must have a valid HSE within 2 years in order to complete any CPCS course.
Course Agenda
Day 1- Theory Training; Day 2- Practical Training; Day 3- Theory and Practical Testing.
Training starts at 08:00am and finishes at approximately 16:00pm.

Accreditation
Candidates will undergo a combination of classroom-based tutorials and practical training during the Lorry Loader course. They will be evaluated through both theoretical and practical assessments. ##$$##Upon successful completion of the CPCS Technical Tests, candidates will be awarded a CPCS Red Trained Operator card. Alternatively, they may receive the relevant ITSSAR accreditation, depending on their specific training needs. ##$$##Attending and passing the Lorry Loader training course will provide candidates with a recognized certification, demonstrating their competence in operating a lorry loader. This certification will not only enhance their skills and knowledge, but also increase their employability in the plant industry..
On the last day of the course, candidates will be theory tested, this is a verbal test, one on one with the tester and it will be recorded. Once they have achieved this, they will then be practical tested, outside on the machine.. If the candidate does not reach the required marks, then they will not achieve the tests and will need re-scheduling.
